Vehicle Description A BEAUTIFUL AND VERY DRIVEABLE SUPER EIGHT 160 CONVERTIBLE IS SEEKING A NEW GUARDIAN The body is in excellent condition, with the two-tone metallic copper color enhancing the curved fenders and sleek front.
The chromed components have a brilliant shine and appear to be in perfect condition.
All glass areas are clear and scratch-free.
The convertible top has been recently replaced and operates quite smoothly.
The leather interior shows as nearly new; the thick and supple hides are aniline dyed and quite soft to the touch.
The suede-like headliner and wood moldings combined with the chrome-plated elements add to the very appealing and luxurious statement made by the car.
The mighty Packard eight-cylinder engine was the most powerful American powerplant offered for the 1941 model year, and coupled with the silky smooth three-speed manual transmission provides very ample acceleration.
The undercarriage is solid-looking and there is no apparent rust or damage evident.
This formidable automobile handles surprisingly well, which is a testimony to the superb engineering it has.
The wide whitewall tires mated to color-coordinated steel wheels with polished-chrome trim rings and wheel covers are an attractive complement to this gorgeous automobile.
Both the engine compartment and the trunk have been thoroughly detailed and present quite respectfully.
It is believed that the low mileage indicated on the odometer is correct but cannot be verified.
I have been finding new homes for classic and vintage automobiles for twenty years, and I now have the honor and privilege to offer this work of art to a new guardian who will, hopefully, treasure it as its current owner has.
I encourage seriously interested parties to contact me to discuss the car in detail and arrange for an inspection and test drive.
