Marketing Temp

A Kforce non-profit client located in Bayside, Queens, New York (NY) is looking for a Marketing Temp to serve as a member of the Marketing & Communications team providing creative, digital and social media support to advance the clients mission. Summary: The Marketing Temp is responsible for assisting with the implementation and development of National marketing, advertising, social media communications, branding, website content, as well as internal and external communications. The Marketing Temp will offer a fresh attitude toward social media, flyers, email campaigns, website graphics, videos and other visuals while maintaining the clients branding guidelines.Responsibilities include:
Assist in the development, coordination and dissemination of marketing support materials across social media channels and direct mail campaigns
Work closely with the Vice President of Resource Development and Marketing to oversee PR efforts
Update and maintain website content, as well as across various social media channels including blog posts, status updates, photo and video content
Helps to ensure all digital and social channels are synchronized in terms of content, messages and design
Assist with targeted campaigns that support development goals
Adept at using a wide range of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google , Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.
Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite, WordPress, HTML, and video editing programs
Excellent organization, writing and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to write basic member communication materials
Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
