Candidate must be able to perform dispatching responsibilities as well as good communication skills for notification of personnel and customers.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in this field and knowledge of the construction process Is responsible for fielding, documenting and communicating numerous service requests Adequately schedule appropriate individuals to the proper projects, repairs and inspections and insuring that transactions are completed to plan Must be extremely detail oriented with good organizational skills Capable of timely client resolutions and work in a fast pace environment Good attendance and punctuality Good written and oral communication skills Job Requirements:
The dispatcher must be in constant contact with our clients and technicians to insure that all requests are met and documented For pre-scheduled work, must insure printed tickets are available for personnel prior to their going to the site.
Coordinating materials and tools where required Follow up on outstanding and open issues and repair issues to insure the completion of work assignments Communicate to management and various departments each day issues with personnel, or clients if they are detracting from the completion of the tasks.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
