We are a team of professionals who strive to provide our clients with the best legal representation possible.
We are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join our team and perform a variety of legal receptionist duties.
Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Greet visitors and answer their questions regarding legal services.
Check visitors' names and times of visits against court-ordered contact lists.
Maintain contact lists, update contact information as necessary, and distribute monthly newsletters.
Handle attorney-client correspondence, including scheduling, review of documents and other tasks as assigned.
Provide general support to attorneys as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Education &
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Law Firm experience preferred but not required.
Previous clerical work experience preferred but not required.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
