Premier HealthCare, a member of the YAI Network, is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist at our outpatient medical facility in Bayside, Queens NY.
Responsibilities:
Front desk duties, including greeting and interacting with patients with disabilities and their families.
Answer telephone calls on a multi-line system.
Manage a busy waiting room.
Schedule patient appointments both over the phone and in person.
Confirm appointments.
Coordinate transportation for patients.
Will include travel to other locations Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent required; College preferred Experience in an outpatient medical facility a plus Previous receptionist experience Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred Must be able to work Saturday's Payrate:
$17.
