Have a basic knowledge of coffee and latte art! We will be serving beer so our baristas must be at least 18 years old.
You must be a fast learner/ multi-tasker because the cafe will be serving different treats and drinks.
You will be managing the cash register and responsible for politely greeting/ sending off customers as well as taking orders.
You will be in charge of making pastries, drinks, soft serve and the register so Requirements:
At least 1 year of Cafe experience Beer and wine knowledge is a plus! Be at least 18 years old Have a basic knowledge of coffee Understand how to use our POS system Perform all job duties toward the goal of maximizing guest service.
Provide gracious and professional service in an efficient manner.
Maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards.
Develop and promote teamwork attitude with all co-workers.
