We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new dental office and we are currently seeking a front desk/treatment coordinator to be the smiling face that greets our patients and ensures a seamless experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Verify and update patient information, including insurance coverage - Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns - Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using dental software for scheduling and record-keeping - Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and protocols
