We would like someone who is looking to work longer term (6 months+), with benefits as you grow with our company.
Responsibilities include learning recipes for not only drinks, but ingredients we use in our drinks, cleaning duties, great customer service, and good teamwork and all in all willingness to learn from others.
To be successful in this role, we would expect a determined employee and someone with open availability.
We are currently looking for weekday morning or night shifts.
Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients Take orders while paying attention to details and requests Prepare beverages following recipes Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Keep all work areas clean Maintain stock of necessary items in the store Check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate well with customers, co-workers, and managers.
Skills Previous work experience as a Barista or Server/Server (recommended but not necessary) Bilingual Mandarin (preferred) Knowledge of sanitation regulations Flexibility to work Excellent communication skills Job Types:
